Please read and acknowledge the following before proceeding. A full agreement will follow for your signature.

 

By completing this purchase, I acknowledge that coaching is not therapy or counseling, that my full participation and commitment are necessary for progress, and that Liz Kimball shall not be held liable for any advice or consulting.

I understand that this is a commitment to the full program and fee. Because this program reserves Liz's dedicated time and availability for me, the fee is non-refundable. If I've chosen a payment plan, I'm responsible for the full fee, and beginning a plan does not reduce the total owed.

I understand that in the case of a significant emergency, I may request to pause the engagement, at Liz's discretion.

A full agreement outlining all terms will follow for my signature.
